Netflix’s Korean original Teach You a Lesson continues to dominate the platform’s global rankings, holding the No. 1 position on the Global Top 10 Non-English TV chart for a fourth consecutive week.
According to Netflix’s weekly Top 10 report, the school action drama recorded 7.3 million views during the week ending June 28, extending its successful run since premiering on June 5.
The series remained the most-watched non-English show in six countries and regions, including Indonesia, Japan, and Singapore, while also reaching the Top 10 in 69 additional markets. Teach You a Lesson continues to attract global audiences
Adapted from the popular Get Schooled webtoon, Teach You a Lesson follows members of the fictional Education Rights Protection Bureau (ERPB), a team tasked with confronting severe school bullying cases that traditional institutions fail to resolve. The series stars Kim Moo-yul as Na Hwa-jin alongside Jin Ki-joo and Pyo Ji-hoon.
The drama has earned praise for combining action, comedy, and social commentary while addressing issues such as school violence, teacher authority, and student rights. Its emotionally driven storylines and fast-paced action sequences have helped it resonate with viewers both in South Korea and overseas.
Teach You a Lesson was joined by several other Korean productions on this week’s global chart. Agent Kim Reactivated debuted at No. 3 with 6.6 million views, while fantasy romance My Royal Nemesis ranked seventh with 2 million views. Psychological thriller Notes from the Last Row followed closely behind in eighth place with 1.6 million views.
Korean content also performed strongly in Netflix’s film categories. Action-comedy Husbands in Action claimed the top spot among non-English films with 6.3 million views, while animated feature KPop Demon Hunters extended its remarkable run in the English-language film rankings by remaining in the Top 10 for a 54th consecutive week.
